Qualifications of the employees and the system of continuous training ensure that employees have the knowledge and skills to successfully complete the task. This is achieved through early identification of needs for training and qualifying employees for certain jobs. The IMK RS is done defining the necessary qualifications for personnel performing work affecting conformity with the requirements for products and services. Permanent convenience of staff to perform existing and new businesses, and improvement of jobs and tasks being provided by systemic training programs. Professional training and development of employees is planned on an annual basis in order to achieve the necessary competence.
At the Institute for testing materials and structures employed for an indefinite period of time, full-time, a total of 95 employees, of which 1 PhD and 54 professionals with master's , master and higher education. Please see below for a graphical representation of the qualification structure.
